Flowcharts are an important part of our business. We use them to diagnose failing drives and choose from thousands of possible avenues to get them working again. We saw the iBoske.com site and figured it would be perfect for developing our own in-house step-by-step diagnostics system. We were really excited but unfortunately this site is just awful.
Upon signing up for a subscription, our subscription didn’t seem to link to our account. We paid, but our account still showed us on the free plan. We submitted a support ticket and after one week still had received no response.
Later, we went in to cancel the plan and were unable to even login because their site was down, it just spit back PHP errors at us.
Maybe this is a really great service but we’ll never know because their onboarding process is so broken that we can’t receive it. Bummer. And now we have to call our credit card company to tell them any future charges are fraudulent because we are unable to reach anybody in iBoske’s support team to tell them we would like to cancel our account.
