At Springfield Data Recovery, we require a lot of signatures! Every client who comes to us must sign an intake form and fill out their contact info, and we often need additional authorizations depending on the work they request. Previously, we did this all with paper and it was a mess to deal with but many e-sign places simply priced us out. For the past year, we have been using SignRequest and have been really happy with their service.
Pros:
- Low, reasonable prices for small businesses
- Templating makes it easy to send the same form over and over again
- Easy to send single-signer forms, so many places require two signatures for any form!
- Simple UI and cross-platform support
- Automatically e-mails you the forms once completed or if the email bounces
- Integration with zapier and other services
Cons:
- No simpler non-API access (such as POST forms)
- Once completed, form contents cannot be highlighted to be copy & pasted. Not sure if this is by design or accident.
